Minimum Stay

The minimum rental stay varies between 2 days and 1 week, depending on the property.

Payment Methods

By card, 25% of the total reservation is paid at the time of booking.

By bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

Security Deposit

Deposit/Security Deposit With Swikly, the online security deposit specialist, we request a security deposit online via credit card. Your card limit is not reduced by a security deposit request. Swikly is an arbiter of fairness and will handle any disputes impartially.

Pets

Most owners do not allow pets; however, if you need to bring a special-care dog, please contact us. In that case, some owners will make exceptions.

Documentation

We work with the checkin portal to facilitate your online check-in prior to your arrival.

Important Rules

Under no circumstances are parties or gatherings permitted, nor are we allowed to host guests not listed on the reservation without prior written permission from Blue Bay.

Check-in/Check-out

The properties will generally be available to you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

However, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Smoking

Most owners will not allow smoking in their homes, but there will be outdoor space for those who need to smoke. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas in Spain.

Cancellations

In case you should cancel your reservation the following conditions apply:

• Up to 1 month before the arrival date the penalty is only the administration fee of 120€
• Within 1 month before arrival or no-shows have a 100% penalty.

For this reason we advise all our clients to take out travel insurance that cover cancellations, damages and losses.
